Please select what you think is the main reason for the lack of support for newbies:

  1. The automation team has too much to do to have time to help new colleagues. Look up the issue AD-HOC AUTOMATION for suggestions on how to solve this problem
  2. The only one that knew the automation is gone, so there is nobody to train a new automator. This seems to be a case of KNOW-HOW LEAKAGE.
  3. Automation has been a failure and nobody can teach how to do better. Check the issue UNMOTIVATED TEAM for tips
